  • The return request must be submitted within 14 days of delivery

For hygiene and safety reasons, products that have been opened, used, damaged, or altered after delivery may not be eligible for return.

3. Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless:

4. Exchanges

5. Refunds

If approved:

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is caused by our error.
